The Great Kindness Challenge 2016
Kindness is integral to so many qualities of life: moral grounding, friendships, health. But it’s also critical to success in your chosen career. Qualities that make you a good person in school and at home – kindness, humility, empathy – can be assets in your professional life now and down the road.
For the 2016 Great Kindness Challenge, Dignity Health partnered with students from across the country to interview kindness champions – professionals and business leaders – to learn how kindness played a role in their success, sharing lessons learned from their lives. In support of this, students and Dignity Health employees are devoting a full week to performing as many acts of kindness as possible. The goal is 50 acts of kindness – are you up for the challenge?
